– Trademark

The Nettles Trademark

To make sure you’re riding in Nettles Stirrups, look for the Nettles Trademark burned into the side of every stirrup and stamped in the bottom of the tread.

It’s only a Nettles

if it says it’s a Nettles!

  1. Hi Ronnie & Gala,

I recently purchased a pair of All Purpose Economy Line stirrups, and have a bit of a silly question to ask. Is there a left stirrup and a right stirrup?

When I hang them on my saddle, I am guessing that the Nettles logo on the leather tread should be facing toward the back of the saddle, so that when mounted I could look down and read the logo?

When I hang them this way, the burned Nettles trademark on the side is only visible on the right stirrup. The left stirrup’s burn trademark then faces the horse. Maybe this doesn’t matter but I wanted to make sure.

Thanks for any clarification. Confused in Canada,
