THE DRILL
The Mikita angle drill is the mechanism that makes this training device so easy to use. Besides its high quality and efficiency in operation, the drill motor has a break that stops immediately when disengaged. That's important when working with your horse.
Secondly, being a variable speed drill, your assistant can operate the flag at the speed you desire. Finally, the drill's reversible switch is easily operated with one's thumb, making the art of working your horse back and forth a snap.

THE FLAG
The flag is made of a durable poly material that will not be harmed by weather. It is supported at the bottom by pvc pipe which the bottom string runs through. This keeps the flag from swinging in the wind, or flipping over the string and becoming entangled.
The flag is 8 x 18 inches in size. A horse does not require a big object to work. In fact, sometimes the bigger objects can be frightening to young horses. Start working the flag slowly back and forth and in only a short time your horse will catch onto the idea.

THE MECHANICS
The string is nylon that has been waxed to keep the flag rolling smoothly. Your driller comes with 110 feet of string, but you can easily add as much string as you desire.
A large spool and a small spool are made from poly plastic, which is trouble-free material for the string to wind around. A chain and snap are attached to the small spool, which you can fasten to any object. To set up the Driller, attach the small spool to an object, pull the pin out of the large spool and walk away from the small spool the length of the string. At that point, put the pin back into the bottom hole in the spool and you are ready to work.

PUTTING UP THE DRILLER
When you are finished, run the flag all the way to the small spool. Now moved the pin to the middle hole over the string, press the angle drill trigger and follow the string to the flag. Presto! The string is neatly rolled up. To keep it in place, pull the pin out and re-insert it in the top hole.

The Patented Pooper Scooper

Keeping things clean around the barn isn’t an easy chore. Spider webs and dirt accumulate daily and the ammonia smell of urine hangs relentlessly in the air. Then there are those huge piles of used shavings and manure (usually next to your barn) that, like clothes on a teenager’s floor, seem impossible to keep from piling up!

Added benefits:
1.  Lightweight, easy handling,
2.  Reduces stall-cleaning time,
3.  Eliminates urine odor,
4. Healthier environment for your horses,
5.  Fewer times to replace shavings,
6.  Less waste to discard,
7.  Removes ALL manure/wet shavings,
8.  Helps fly control.

Additional DescriptionMore Details

Today, though, thanks to modern technology "barn-style" and a revolutionary new way to clean stalls, barns are cleaner, smell fresher, and those big manure piles are only memories from the past. Just as brooms took a back-seat to vacuum-cleaners in the home, the age-old manure fork is now taking a back-seat to the Pooper Scooper, the "vacuum cleaner" for the barn.

NCHA Hall of Fame Rider Ronnie Nettles, while searching for a way to improve his own barn environment and cut shaving costs at the same time developed and patented an innovative machine that is light, speedy, battery-operated and a whiz at cleaning stalls. Named the Pooper Scooper (that's what it does!) the patented machine makes stall-cleaning a breeze.

But that's not all. It also:
a. picks up every shaving in the stall, something that is not done with a fork,
b. cuts cleaning time in half,
c. helps erase the ammonia smell,
d. cuts down on the fly population,
e. eliminates the huge pile of manure/ shavings outside your barn,
f. SAVES YOU MONEY!

We still don't know how to keep teen-agers from piling clothes on the floor, nor do we have the answer (yet) to those pesky spider webs, but if you're interested in cutting costs and time in stall cleaning while improving your barn environment for your horses and yourself, The Patented Pooper Scooper is just the thing for your barn.
