Shipping time for most items in the U.S.A.
is 3 to 4 business days. Items shipped from directly from the
manufacturer may take 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Some
chandeliers and furniture may take up to 3 to 4 weeks for shipping.
Some of the products we sell may be shipped directly from one
of our distributors. If you order more than one item you may receive
your order in separate deliveries.
Express shipping is available for some in stock
items. The words "Express Shipping Available" are listed
next to the items that can be expressed shipped (if in stock at
time of purchase). The delivery time for Express shipping is 3
business days from date of purchase. The cost for Express shipping
is an additional $6.50 to $8.50 (in addition to the regular ground
shipping fee). Express orders will be shipped via USPS Priority
mail, UPS 3rd Day Select, or FedEx 3 day express depending on
destination, package size and package weight. Express shipping
is only available for orders shipped within the continental U.S.A.
ALASKA ORDERS
Orders shipped to Alaska will be sent priority mail using the
United States Postal Service. Only merchandise stocked in our
warehouse can be shipped to Alaska. All other merchandise will
be canceled from the customers order and the customer will be
notified prior to shipping. The shipping rate table above and
free shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii orders.
The shipping rate to Alaska will be higher than our normal U.S.A.
rates.
CANADA ORDERS
We ship to most areas of Canada. Orders shipped to Canada will
be sent using Airmail Parcel Post. Only merchandise stocked in
our warehouse can be shipped to Canada. All other merchandise
will be canceled from the customers order and the customer will
be notified prior to shipping. The shipping rate table above and
free shipping promotions do not apply for Canada orders. The shipping
rate to Canada will be higher than our normal U.S.A. rates.
We do not collect duties, taxes and brokerage
fees for Canada orders. These charges are not calculated during
checkout and the recipient is responsible for payment of all duties,
taxes and fees upon receipt of shipment. Please consult your local
customs office for more details about duties and taxes. All credit
card numbers for Canada orders are verified with the issuing bank
before merchandise is shipped.
FURNITURE DELIVERY
Furniture is delivered by a freight carrier. The carrier will
schedule a delivery time and deliver to the first dry location
in the house or garage. The customer is responsible for moving
the furniture into the house and setting it up. Assembly instructions
are provided.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges
and restocking fees if they refuse delivery of furniture items.
Both of the freight charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted
from the customers refund when a customer refuses delivery or
cancels their furniture order while their merchandise is in transit.
The customer should inspect the merchandise for damages prior
to signing the bill of lading for merchandise shipped via a freight
carrier. Once the bill of lading is signed the customer owns the
merchandise and is responsible for any damages.

You can now use our new telephone service to place orders 24 hours
a day at 1-800.729-2234 (someone is always available to answer
your call for an order). Since our transaction system erases credit
card information after two weeks, credit cards are automatically
charged when orders are placed.

SALES TAXES
Sales tax only applies to customers purchasing within the state
of Texas.
REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not
satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from our site, you
can return the merchandise within 30 days from the day received
and we will refund your money excluding the shipping fee. Please
email or call us before returning merchandise to obtain the correct
return address for your package. The merchandise must be adequately
packed and insured before returning and must be in excellent unused
new condition. Custom orders, special orders, clearance products,
gift certificates and bulk orders are non refundable read our
hassle free 30 day return policy.
Damaged items - We will replace any damaged item at no cost to
the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise
has been received. Not satisfied.
